Facebook Pixel Event Tracking

Many of our clients have been asking for the ability to track Facebook Pixel events with Adjust’s SDK (similarly to Facebook’s newly launched hybrid app events function). With this update, this is now possible - and available to everyone.

How it works

When Facebook Pixel events are fired, our webview bridge captures these events, converts and passes them to Adjust SDK as app events.

Our new feature will allow our webview bridge to handle these Facebook Pixel events too, and convert them into Adjust app events without Facebook’s SDK.

The Facebook Pixel ID and other pixel event fields data you would have previously sent with your Pixel event will be passed as partner parameters.
